These Terms govern the use of orvellolo.shop and purchases made from Cargounica GmbH.

4. Product Information
We aim to present product descriptions, images, prices, and availability accurately. Screen settings may affect the appearance of colors and images. Minor differences do not necessarily constitute a defect.

5. Orders
When you submit an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.

If an order cannot be accepted, we will notify you and refund any amount already charged for the affected order.

The total price, available payment methods, and any delivery charges are shown before final order submission.

7. Delivery
Estimated delivery is 3 to 12 days after dispatch, unless another estimate is shown for a particular item or at checkout.
Delivery can be affected by carrier delays, customs, public holidays, incorrect address information, product availability, or events beyond our reasonable control.
8. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by the separate Return and Refund Policy published on orvellolo.shop. Statutory withdrawal, warranty, and conformity rights remain unaffected.
9. Ownership of Website Content
Unless otherwise indicated, website text, branding, product photographs, graphics, page design, and software are owned by or licensed to Cargounica GmbH.
You receive a limited, non-transferable right to use the website for personal and lawful shopping. Reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation requires prior permission unless permitted by law.

German law applies, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules that may apply in the consumer’s country of residence.
Consumers retain the right to rely on mandatory legal protections and jurisdictional rights available to them.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the store, services, or applicable law. The version published on the website applies to future use and future orders, unless a different rule is required by law.
